- – Oology – -

Oology? What the heck is that? Must be the study of something, judging by the "ology" at the end. Hmmm. All we have to go on is the "o" before ology. Maybe it's the study of Cheerios? They look like "o"s. Or wedding rings – maybe it's the study of wedding rings. No, no – these are both manufactured objects. Ologies usually have to do with something in the real world. Waaait a minute. Eggs are kinda round and "o" shaped. Could it be that oology is the study of eggs?

Yup! That's what it is. Isn't that an awesome word?

When you're an oologist you can have totally rad conversations with other oologists, using special oologist code words designed so nobody else can understand:

Oologist 1: "So check it out. A real hen bender, huh?"

Oologist 2: "Whoa, I'll say. That's a double fry-baby if I've ever seen one. How'd you find it?"

Oologist 1: "Standard dangle and drop. Two for two."

Oologist 2: "Niiiice."

Okay, I'm hungry. Time to rustle up an oologically oriented breakfast.

And for those who didn't stop by Nicky510 yesterday, this weekend is the official "Stumble Your Favorite Nicky510 Crowtoon" weekend. Just use your StumbleUpon icon (and if you haven't gotten one yet, you can do it at StumbleUpon) and Stumble away. Nicky and ELF will be most grateful for the exposure.
