Very interesting feedback to Winston's arrival. Some people loved him right off the bat. And some people want him made into soup! Gotta admit I wasn't expecting such a strong range of reactions. Guess that's a good thing. At least he's not a vanilla, fade into the background kind of character!

Nah, brine it first, then pan sear it, then cook it for about two hours ought to do it. Then it will be more tasty and sumptuous than free range chicken. And it cures that pain in the neck!
