Barbara – Good thing they switched, otherwise production costs would have skyrocketed as the octopuses hammed it up for the cameras. There’s no way they could have kept them serious.

Oh, ho! We’re sharing Gus, are we? Well, Gus would belong to the Cypress Bay Aquarium… and it is a tourist attraction… I’d actually thought of crossing the paths of Randie and Nicky at the Aquarium… for that toon we discussed… Gus’ path got crossed first. (future toons?)
I do love the boredness of Gus there. And the last panel is adorable… in a morbid kind of way… (mort-ish humour) ha!

Patjade – Should mention that Bridgett and Crow go back a looong ways. Well, in fruit fly lives at least.
Turned out we both had our characters at the aquarium as part of our strips and the naming of Gus inspired me to take Nicky and Lex a bit further on.
I wasn’t aware of that. Both of your webcomics are fairly new to me as I saw them on baners from onother comic I enjoy, and thought I would check them aut. Now they are both on my RSS feeds!
