I have the same problem. Unfortunately taking the Lego off your head doesnt stop it either. Once it's jammed you're stuck going forward. AAAAAARGH!
I suppose technically any form of matter constitutes a time machine, since time is the motion of matter. Which means Nicky does indeed have a time machine there, but it's far from exclusive.
