Reminds me of BBQ's at my house whe i was younger.
Heck, it reminds me of my house today!
lol my father was similarly skilled in BBQing back in the day, except we needed the fire department instead of just a little ole' extinguisher
good thing my dad doesnt grill!
My dad was an expert griller. XP
My dad would burn a salt water for pasta on cold hotplate.
My dad swore that the burgers were blacken for flavor. Problem being they weren't that crispy black exterior of professionally cooked Blacken Chicken but the completely lack of moisture you get with Blood Sausage (looked like one, too.)
