Hoo, boy, have they got another one coming! My wife kept leaning on me to let the kids have a dog. then she really opened her eyes to see how they took care of other things, and realized who would really be doing all the work. Our ***cat*** is now 15 years old . . .
Dad’s just siding with them because he thinks a canine might scare Sammy away, yes? Actually, that could work out pretty well for Nicky and Lex. If Sammy visits the bird feeder often enough, he could keep the dog fed (to avoid becoming lunch himself).
