There are many animals that are considered living fossils, mosquitoes, dragonflies, fruitflies, ceolcanth, jellyfish, spiders, crocodiles, allagators, sharks etc, etc, etc... all of these are found in fossils that are millions of years old and yet no noticable change between the old ones and the current ones. Why don't we just admit that we don't know how things run and declare evolution as the speculation that it is. A theory or a law for that matter means there must be a scientific test that can be used to verify a hypothosis, neither intellegent design nor evolution can be tested in anyway shape or form. So just drop it and enjoy the comic. If you can't go read something else and leave the author alone to write something the rest of us enjoy.
